I was honoured to be on the set of Wined & Dined Sound Bites with Mark DeWolf.

I asked Mark DeWolf which wines he thought would pair well with our cookies.

"Soft creamy cookies...mmm...keep it local...technically the wine should be sweeter than the cookie so Icewines are a natural, but with all the butter and goodness I could see watching a movie with the cookies paired with a local Trad. Method bubbles from Ben Bridge, Lightfoot, and Wolfville, L'Acadie Vineyards or BLomidon Estate."
