RSVP now by smashing this button 👇

I REALLY WANT TO COME SO I'M GOING TO RSVP RIGHT NOW BY PRESSING THIS REALLY BIG BUTTON.

Just because we’re in Bendigo doesn’t mean you can bring a typewriter (or talk). It’ll be the same silent hour of writing surrounded by people you can freely ignore that you’ve come to know and love, so get RSVPing 👆

What is the Bendigo Writers Festival?

Bendigo and La Trobe University present four brilliant days of events — a big-hearted festival in the heart of Central Victoria. The action packed festival has a program of interesting discussions and talks from writers, authors, poets and more, check out the line up here.

This year's theme — such is life — resonated with the No Typewriters / No Talking Team, so we reached out and they’ve taken a punt and let us host a session at their esteemed festival. Let’s not disappoint them.

The session is open to anyone, but we strongly encourage you to buy tickets to the Bendigo Writers Festival, it'll be a blast.

I’VE BEEN MEANING TO GO TO BENDIGO SO I’M GOING TO BUY TICKETS TO THE WRITERS FESTIVAL RIGHT NOW BY CLICKING THIS OTHER LARGE BUTTON.

Tell your Bendigo buddies

We know most of you are Brunswick/Melbourne based. That’s okay, but do us a favour and share the event and the festival with your friends. Call them up. Email them. Plaster the event link on BookFace. Tweet our sign up page on Twitter. Do whatever it is you do on TikTok to make content go to people.

Spread the word: Bendigo is a typewriter free city*.
