As mentioned previously we have upgraded our software to better enhance your experience.
This is a reminder to you to ensure that you set up your profile and payment options asap to ensure there is no delay in your rental payments.
This email informs you of an upgrade we are making to our systems and processes that are powered by ManagedApp.
Please download & review the PDF instructions for more information on how to use the software.
Important Dates
- You would have received an email invite to the new platform: 22 January 2021.
- Your lease and account has been activated, so you may now Setup your profile, payment method, and frequency (please contact us to change frequency) ** - Click Here for Help
- Cancel your current rental rewards direct debit by logging into your account on https://pay.rentalrewards.com.au/Customer/Login or otherwise giving us written notification to cancel your account.
- Date you should start using the new payment details via ManagedApp: 25 January 2021
------------ Please Note - **Payment Method & Frequency** ------------
Your new payments have been made easy for you and less per transaction.
We will be closing our trust account on 31 January 21, therefore please do not transfer any further transactions to our trust account from 25 January 21.
To have your account run smoothly, we recommend setting up a direct debit to continue as a set and forget option however all of our options have been outlined below. Don't forget to account for the bank processing times when setting up payments.
Direct Debit (Bank Account)
- Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly – 90c per transaction
- Bank processing time frames – payments may take up to 3 business days to reach us.
- Please factor this in when you commence your payments as funds need to be received as cleared funds on the due date.
Credit / Debit Card
- Weekly, Fortnightly & Monthly – 1.6%; + 10c per transaction
- Bank processing time frames – payments may take up to 1 business days to reach us.
BPAY
- Weekly, Fortnightly – 90c per transaction
- Monthly – No Charge per Transaction
- Bank processing time frames – payments may take up to 1-2 business days to reach us.
