This has certainly been a year of ups and downs and we thank you for your continued support during these interesting times.
As you are aware we had completed a change in systems to Managed App which, hopefully by now you have become accustomed to, and benefited from its functionality and transparency.
As a result of this change, this year's financial year statement will be sent via 2 separate emails and systems.
You will receive statements as follows:
- By the 2nd July 2021, A statement from our original system PropertyMe for the period 01 July 2021 to the first 2 weeks of February 21.
- By the 5th July 2021, You will receive another statement from our new system ManagedApp, outlining financials from February 2021 to 30 June 2021.
Please note that you can provide your accountant both statements for your tax return. We apologise for any inconvenience with having two different statements however this will be the only time this will be required to be done.
Moving forward you will be able to log into your portal and view anything that you require regarding your property 24/7.
