Don’t worry, I’m not about to drop any Last Of Us spoilers—your pitchforks and torches can stay in the shed for now. But let’s just say that episode left me more shook than a werewolf at a flea market.

I hit play expecting action, chaos, and maybe a few cauliflower-headed creepers. I wanted Ellie to do her stabby, snarky thing. But what did I get? Backstory. Lots of it. Interesting? Sure. The adrenaline rush I was hoping for? Not so much. (My inner wolf was howling for more, but alas, the moon was not full.)

And then—Joel. That line. That look. Cue the waterworks. I teared up like a werewolf at a silver jewelry convention. I mean, come on, HBO, give a girl a break!

Days later, I’m still haunted by that line and how perfectly it tied everything together. Masterclass in emotional gut-punching, right there.

So what does this have to do with my books? Glad you asked, packmate!

Here’s the scoop: all my books (so far) are set in one big, ever-expanding universe. Picture J.R. Ward’s Black Dagger Brotherhood (because she is my writing hero—fangirl squeal!), but with my own brand of snark, shifters, and supernatural shenanigans. Every character has their own backstory, scars, and secrets—because what’s a paranormal romance without a little emotional baggage?

Right now, I’m working on not one, but TWO books (thanks, brain, for shifting into overdrive). Both tie into Broken Bond and the wild bunch you’ve already met. Each book is a standalone, giving the main couple their “Happy For Now” before I toss the spotlight to the next lucky soul.

If the stars (and my caffeine supply) align, you’ll have at least one new book to sink your claws into by June, and—fingers crossed—the other by the end of July. Stay tuned for more details, sneak peeks, and possibly some unintentional spoilers if I can’t keep my wolfish excitement contained.
