Hello from London,
It's been a rough start to the year. Let's hope the news cycle calms down a bit and current events stop invading every other space. It's been hard to get any writing done when current events result in a near-obsessive refreshing of the news pages. I seem to gradually be getting better at bringing my attention back to the blank pages that need filling...
This week I'm bringing my focus back to my stories, with episode 5 of Emily Voss requiring a bit of a rewrite because I'm not happy with where some of the characters went.
The days are also getting longer, and I'm looking forward to Spring, even though it's months away. In truth, the coldest months are still in front of us, but there's warmth to look forward to at the turn of the season, and light at the end of the tunnel.

Free Fantasy Fiction
It's nice to start the New Year with some new stories, so here's a list of 44 free novels / chapters / prequels from a number of different authors to give you a way into some new reading.
