continuing the cycle of reflection into action and back again π

Morning ,
You guessed it, the audio of this is in the google drive π§.
This morning I want to introduce you to The Man I Am Journal.
If we've worked together or met up, you'll know I'm always carrying a notebook and a pencil. You'll probably also have noticed how small my handwriting is as I scrawl away in said book or draw a picture or venn diagram.
Love me a venn diagram.
Last week, after putting my Learner, Connectedness and Empathy strengths to use over a couple of weeks, I published The Man I Am Journal in paperback on Amazon.
Why a journal?
As a part of my morning practice for I donβt know how long, Iβve used both a structured and unstructured method of journaling to start my day.
It helps to bring order to my thinking. Bring order and then priority to my actions. I find it allows me to βget out of my headβ all the moving parts of my thoughts and feelings.
The journaling practice I've published is a combination of methodologies that I've found useful over the years.
Why a journal for men?
Iβve found this practice over time helpful to process emotion and helpful to process my thinking.
I've found it helpful to listen to myself and to enable me to get clear on what Iβm processing in my thoughts and the feelings Iβm experiencing.
I see and know men who do the above exceptionally well. I see and know men who maybe need a method to process, who need a way to lay out their thoughts and break some of the potentially destructive loops when thoughts and feelings remain unconsidered or tangled.
Maybe you know some of these men as well.
I believe this journaling practice, both the structured pages and the unstructured pages, can contribute to helping men find ways to express, explore and evolve some of their thoughts and feelings and their vision of themselves.
The journaling practice.
The beauty of a practice of journaling is that it is confidential, it is yours and yours only. What you journal about is for your eyes only. It can be in pencil, in pen, using a marker.
Iβve evolved this process for myself over the years so that I can navigate a mind that loves to overthink (I know a few of you know that about me π€) and a heart that must connect all of the feels with that.
I've also evolved it to include an important end of day gratitude practice, something to support an appreciation of the now.
The Man I Am Journal is a combination of a structured practice and a blank page practice to help express, explore and evolve the thoughts, the feels and the vision.
Like it is with strengths and talents, we are all unique. We all have unique aspirations to be the best of the men and women that we want to be.
I believe this is a journaling practice that can help men to express themselves, explore their thoughts and feelings and positively evolve the vision of the man they are.
You can grab The Man I Am Journal here on Amazon for yourself or for someone else.
Yours in πͺ

P.S. The last time I wrote to you, I talked about the importance of setting goals in light of an understanding of your strengths, a way of looking at them to make them more achievable. I've woven my use of Learner, Connectedness and Empathy into this journal and it's publication. There's a whole world of print on demand and formatting that I've now learned about π€π.
I have set myself a goal of six creative projects to deliver on utilising my strengths across 2025. 1/6 β . And that's Responsibility in action.
P.P.S. I'd love to hear how your continued pursuit of your 2025 goals are going as well. So feel free to write back and share.
And please let me know if there's something strengths related that you feel would help you for me to write about.
