Merry Happy Reflection Time Update πŸ€”πŸŽ„πŸ“

Guide is now on Kindle

Afternoon ,

There's always an audio version of these emails and this is the audio of last week's one sharing details about the Reflection Guide I developed. You can listen in here in google drive 🎧.

It's a little while since I've published a book (actually it's coming up for 10 years). Last week I felt compelled to write again, this time not a book. I developed a reflection guide for leaders arriving at the end of 2024.

In last week's email I said I'd let you know when it was up on Amazon Kindle.

It is now and you can find it here πŸ˜€

Reflection Guide - Bringing Strengths to your 2025 Leadership Practice

Reflection is where some of our best learning occurs. It's where we get to take the time to untangle our experiences, to reassemble them into meaningful chunks. When we take notes of our reflections it's far easier to identify patterns and to then convert those into an understanding of actions we can take. Perhaps also some new habits to establish.

Reflection gives us the opportunity to learn from our experiences. This structured reflection activity is designed to help you untangle the year and also help you find all of the positives, the wins, the stuff that just blew past but that saw you using your strengths to their fullest.

I'd love to help you sharpen your leadership practice and use of your strengths in 2025. The guide will get you started on where you might want to point them.

Have a ripper Christmas and New Year.

Thanks again for reading this, and again to those of you who already made a purchase of the guide πŸ™πŸ» and thank you for being a part of my 2024.
