My creative energy is on overload in the best possible way since attending a weeklong writing retreat held in Branson, MO. I made tremendous headway on a number of projects and was surrounded by other inspired and passionate people all dedicated to the craft of writing. It was not only good for me as a writer, but it was also refreshing for my soul. It makes me even more determined to encourage folks to pursue their passions in life. Dream big enough, save long enough, and work hard enough to carve out time in life for your passions.

What In the World Is She Doing?

I just sent the final draft of book two in the Two Wake and Sleep No More Series to the copy editor. Anointing will come out this Fall and I can't wait to share the story with the world. Also this week, I'm learning how to and experimenting with my very first Facebook ads. Part of the difference between a book and a journal is that a book is something the author means to share with the reader. I write my books to be read, so I want to make sure I leave no stone unturned in reaching those who might like to read them.
