Adolescent Resistance Training

Hello, parents! 


You are receiving this because you were interested in the resistance training group for kids. We start Tuesday, July 26th.


Each class will be 90 minutes, including warm-up, training, and cool-down. You need to make one class per week to stay part of the program,* but you do not have to do both. This will be intended to be a 3x/week workout, with one on your own (unless we need to plan a group session).


Tuesdays 5:30 pm - 7 pm

Saturdays 11:30 am - 1 pm


Price will be $25/session ($30 if you come to both) and supplies will be minimal. 


This will likely run through the end of August, depending on schedules. You can sign-up for sessions with the front desk staff. 


*Please talk to me if you are going on vacation and need to miss: planning ahead to miss will not be an issue.


Please fill out a new PAR-Q form and let me know what day will be your child’s first day.
