Here’s a step-by-step daily guide to manifesting a health goal this week using these techniques: (You can use this for any health goal, but the example is for weight loss.)


Day 1: Today, Define Your Health Goal

  • Specific Goal: "I want to lose 70 pounds and reach a healthy weight of 130 pounds."
  • Positive Affirmation: "Many adult people weigh 130 pounds effortlessly, and if they can do it, so can I. I am capable of making adult healthy choices to achieve my goal."


Day 2: Visualize Your Success

  • Daily Visualization: Spend 5-10 minutes each day imagining yourself at your desired weight. Picture the clothes you wear, the activities you enjoy, and how good you feel in your new body.
  • Use All Senses: In your visualization, engage all your senses. Feel your body's energy, hear others' compliments, and see yourself in the mirror looking healthy and fit. Practice daily until you reach your goal.


Day 3: Develop a Positive Self-Image

  • Identify Negative Beliefs: Write down any negative beliefs you have about your health and weight. Rip that paper up, burn it or flush it down the toilet. Say out loud, "You no longer have power over my thinking."
  • Positive Self-Talk: Use affirmations daily. Example: "I am an adult capable of achieving my health goals. Every day, I take at least one action toward getting healthier and stronger."


Day 4: Take Action Consistently

  • Set Small, Achievable Steps: Break your goal into smaller, manageable tasks. For example:
  • Week 1: Start walking 15 minutes a day.
  • Week 2: Increase walk time to 30 minutes a day.
  • Week 3: Incorporate a balanced, low-oxalate diet.
  • Track Progress: Find and start a journal of your progress in today's daily actions. Celebrate small victories along the way.


Day 5: Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind

  • Affirmations Before Sleep: Repeat your positive affirmations before going to bed. Your subconscious mind is more receptive during this time.
  • Morning Routine: Start your day with a positive affirmation and visualization session. Set a positive tone for the day ahead.
