MOAR sanctions proposed against Russia

Sometimes, I kick myself for thinking like a rational adult. Like, why does butter make everything taste better?
And why, if we want to punish the murdering dictator who illegally invaded a sovereign country without provocation, won't we just sanction Putin?
I don't know. Seems logical. It would probably work, too.
