Backstory: Texas Governor Greg Abbott has pulled two juvenile stunts over the southern border (you know, the one that Texas has had for a couple years), the first being really asinine in busing "foreigners" to DC and the second being very costly to the US - inspecting every big rig coming over the border, ostensibly because the Border Patrol isn't or can't do the job itself.

Each inspection is taking hours and has backed up the border like a Trump Toilet after #TFG flushed top secret documents down the shitter.
