Yesterday, I told you about omicron... (Should that be capitalized?)

Today, I'm telling you Bill Cosby is back in the news. And for good reason. Prosecutors are arguing (with the US Supreme Court) that a press release doesn't carry the same weight as a formal immunity agreement (duh?).

So Cosby may have yet another day in court. And hopefully, the SCOTUS will do the right thing and throw out the State of Pennsylvania's crappy Supreme Court ruling that allowed the maniacal pervert to walk.

But don't bet on it. They'll twist themselves into pretzels rationalizing how a public media promotion (that's what a press release is) is the same as a legally-binding immunity agreement...this Court is so illogical and unethical.
