Now, we find out that Afghanistan is holding some precious metals in its dirt: Lithium.

Lithium demand is soaring, due to our incessant need for more electronic devices. Lithium batteries will be THE DRIVER of the 21st century economy for dozens and dozens of nations and for-profit companies (I'm looking RIGHT AT YOU, Elon).

So you can bet #TFG had something to do with the "agreement" between his admin and the Taliban. (Did you know they didn't even consult the Afghanistan government over how America would hand over the reigns to its own country?)

In other news, Ron DeSatan has been snake-oil selling Regeneron, a COVID treatment. Oh, it probably does work (unlike snake & essential oils), but he's just a shitty used RV salesman, so...

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis — who has been criticized for opposing mask mandates and vaccine passports — is now touting a Covid antibody treatment in which a top donor's company has invested millions of dollars.

DeSantis has been flying around the state promoting Regeneron, a monoclonal antibody treatment that was used on then-President Donald Trump after he tested positive for Covid. The governor first began talking about it as a treatment last year.

Citadel, a Chicago-based hedge fund, has $15.9 million in shares of Regeneron Pharmaceutical, according to filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Citadel CEO Ken Griffin has donated $10.75 million to a political committee that supports DeSantis — $5.75 million in 2018 and $5 million last April.

Follow the money! ALWAYS. And don't be surprised to learn that DeSatan himself has invested in the company.
