A few years ago, we moved away from the Bay Area and to the Pacific Northwest, not because of the terrible heat, but I'm not gonna lie - more moderate temps were a huge BONUS.

Today, it's expected to crest near 110 degrees here. That's Fahrenheit, folks. If it were Celsius, I'd be dead. Or on Venus. Also dead.

Worse, my California friends get to laugh right in my face because they're going to get up to only about 84 degrees today.

The world is upside down, man. It really is.

Of course, the news world is upside down, too. I guess #TFG began his second Mein Kampf Tour, this time really doubling down on his "they rigged it" rhetoric to say that he really won, BIGLY.

YUGE, in fact.

And Bill Barr, it seems, said, "It's all bullshit."

To which most sane Americans (all three of us) would say: "FUCKING DUH!"

Jonathan Karl wrote a book called Betrayal, in which he quotes Barr with the line above. More:

“My attitude was: It was put-up or shut-up time. If there was evidence of fraud, I had no motive to suppress it. But my suspicion all the way along was that there was nothing there. It was all bullshit,” Barr said.

I encourage you to buy it and read it. We must do anything and everything to insure that THIS TIME, IT WILL BE DIFFERENT.

Sure, when Trump was elected in 2016, many of us were dismayed (even if yours truly predicted it). Heart-broken. We knew he would be a bull in a china shop.

But even I didn't expect it to be this bad. I won't even attempt to list all the reasons #TFG is the worst POTUS in my lifetime, maybe ever.

ALL of the evidence, the grift, the fraud -- it has to come out.

Stay cool. And vow to vote in every damned election from now until you die.
