After years of waiting for a 5G rollout, the airlines and FAA are balking at 5G networks being "too close" to airports.

They say it's because critical landing gear may get interference from the cell towers, which may make landing a plane in inclement weather...a bit dicey.

I say, cut the signal around airports. DONE.

But no, international flights are being canceled because airlines overseas are worried.

Why we couldn't have addressed this a year ago, I don't know.
