I hope your weekend was as uneventful as mine! And I hope you felt the same way I did about the news:

No news is good news!

A boat suspected of carrying out a human smuggling operation capsized right off the San Diego coast, killing four and sending 20 to the hospital.

The captain of the ship is being seriously questioned.

The Kentucky Derby was run on Saturday. A horse won.

Ether is off the rails!

Bitcoin's little brother, Etherium, has gained over 1400 percent in the last 365 days, bypassing $3,000 per shiny little fake coin. Compare that to Bitcoin, which has only gained 557 percent over the past year.

Bitcoin’s domination of total cryptocurrency market value is declining as its next-biggest rival Ether reaches the $3,000 milestone.

The rise of Ether suggests there’s room for more than one winner among digital tokens as the sector evolves. Bitcoin now accounts for about 46% of total crypto market value, down from roughly 70% at the start of the year, and Ether makes up 15%, according to tracker CoinGecko.

Bitcoin remains the biggest cryptocurrency but the momentum in other tokens is drawing increasing interest. Proponents argue investors are getting more comfortable with a variety of tokens, while critics contend the sector may be in the grip of a stimulus-fueled mania.

Boy, it's a good thing I invested my stimulus money in toilet paper and chicken!

It's also time to reevaluate your investment holdings. When literally everything is blowing up, it may be time to sock away some funds under your mattress.
