Be Your Own Best Friend: Become The Solace That You Are Looking For

, this can make or break you.

Like any other relationship, a relationship with yourself is very important, actually the most important.

Many of us never even stop to think about the kind of relationship we have with ourselves. The truth is we all do, it’s a matter of what kind? Is it a healthy one or not?

How well do you support yourself in your everyday experiences?

In the recent past, we have been faced with massive changes, some of which are completely out of our control, and in such so many people have been faced with mental health challenges and even others completely unable to cope or handle the situations.

A reasonable number of my coaching clients face this challenge too and that’s why they recognize they need help.

We continue facing change and challenges and if we haven’t created a safe haven within ourselves. We will always feel lost, we will be unable to handle the chaos that life brings with it.

This email is a reminder for you to develop a good relationship with yourself. This is a call to advance ourselves mentally and emotionally the best way we can so we can handle life in a more empowering way.

It’s a call to take care of our physical bodies as well so we can be in a fit and better frame.

Develop yourself in such a way that you become a person that, no matter what’s going on in your external world, you can always go back to yourself and find solace.

Try spending some time alone so you can know and understand yourself better. Speak to yourself kindly and correct yourself in a loving way like you would do to a friend.

Be a woman of high value. Let your worthiness be something you derive from within yourself based on the healing process you have been through.

Avoid what triggers you, and say no to things you are not comfortable and happy about. Look out for yourself.

Remember self-care is also a very important part of establishing a healthy relationship with yourself.

Live in integrity, let your actions be in harmony with the beliefs and values you say you hold. The first step to living your truth is to look at your life, then start weeding out anything that is not in harmony with the beliefs and the values you say you hold.

Be your best friend in all situations and continue working on yourself.
