In case you missed the previous update, here is the latest offering that I'm excited to let you know about: A group coaching program for teenage girls which will run for three Fridays.

Let your daughters, sisters, or cousins have an opportunity to embark on this self-discovery journey so they can be firmly grounded in the truth of their value and individuality 💗💗💗

🌸 Self-respect: They will learn the art of self-respect, acknowledge their worth and build a foundation for a life of dignity. This will include being able to set healthy boundaries and fostering positive connections.

🌸 Self-confidence: Have an awareness of their strengths build a positive self image and confidence in their abilities. Cultivate inner trust in navigating through their daily decision making.

🌸 Personal Values: Become clear about their values and guiding principles for their lives and to have a clear moral compass to guide their decision making, behavior and overall life choices.

It's happening for 3 FRIDAYS ( 8th, 15th & 22nd)
