Most of the time while in meetings, I would open up my note-taking app on my phone and start recording new ideas or developing those I already have in chunks.

Our meetings were never structured and mostly not organised. My time has always been precious.

And whenever I sat down to write an article during the weekend, it would take me about 6 - 7 hours to finish a solid draft.

As much as I love writing, it felt too much of an effort, that is difficult to repeat every weekend as a father. And I didn't want to limit my ability to produce to weekends.
