What is a mindset walk?


When we first saw the idea of Hot Girl walks on TikTok (created by Mia, @exactlylikeothergirls on TikTok) we loved the idea - movement and mindset mixed together - the way it should be.

If you haven't heard of Hot Girl Walks, they're:⁠

✨ a 4-mile walk that you take, every day ⁠

✨ where you think about things you're grateful for, your goals, how you'll achieve them n' how hot you are⁠

But 4-miles isn't short! And without guidance, it's easy to let your mind wander.

Enter: Mindset Walks. Absolutely inspired by a Hot Girl Walk, with a few key differences.

They're:⁠

✨ Fully guided - you don't need to think about what to think⁠

✨ 15-20 minutes so that you can fit 'em in your days⁠

✨ Focused on levelling up your mindset in some way shape or form (goals, mindfulness, affirmations, etc - all the variety to keep things interesting!)⁠

From Monday, February 28, Intention is doing a guided mindset walk challenge, so we can grow together and start a new month fresh. ⁠
