It's hard to believe but Cascade of Sparks is just about ready to release. Zaria's story is almost ready to launch in the middle of May.

Spring has finally sprung here in California and today's the first day my cat (Comet Blitzen Dashwood the Fourth) and I have been able to write on the porch. She's very excited about this development. She likes to stalk lizards.

Today I'm working on Book 2 which has a lot of familiar characters in it -- Alana, Davin, Ambassador Lilliana, and Historian Strailer, and more of the gang. As those of you who have met Alana know, she's more outspoken than Zaria and so she's a kick to write. She's had a crush on Davin since Book One and now we'll get to see how that plays out with a dash of poison, secrets, and treason thrown in.

I'm looking forward to sharing Book One with you! If you read the first six chapters and are hungry for more, let me know and I will hook you up with an ARC ebook copy to read and review before the official release. As a newbie novelist, I can use all the reader support I can get with the launch!
