This workshop aims to equip employees with the mindset and techniques necessary for readiness to change and build resilience in the face of uncertainty. By enhancing their ability to adapt and remain resilient, employees will be better prepared to navigate the complexities of change and contribute to the organization’s success.
The workshop is structured into three key parts to align with the employees’ levels and help them progress through change: Aware, Accept, and Achieve.
