25.11.2005 — a date etched in my memory. I walked out of the registration office that day with nothing but a head full of dreams, a heart full of passion, and a business plan that didn’t quite map out how far I would go. I never imagined this journey would carry me two decades forward, filled with challenges, growth, and the unwavering trust of clients who believed in us.
As I look back, it feels surreal: mq turns 20. Happy Birthday to mq!
And we’re celebrating this milestone the best way we know how, through learning.
For two decades, we’ve had the privilege of growing alongside organizations, equipping leaders and teams with the skills to thrive in an ever-changing workplace. And now, we’re marking this milestone with something special — the mq20 Anniversary Learning Fest.
