This workshop will help to equip and empower leaders with conscious awareness towards Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) through identifying unconscious and conscious bias as well as challenge current biases that exist, to promote transparency and collaboration, and creating an inclusive and caring environment that encourages growth and innovation.

Participants will gain the knowledge and tools to enhance their inclusive leadership skills and effectively promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging within their teams and organizations.
