Last week, I had the privilege of celebrating a powerful milestone, the launch of Better U Campus by UOB Malaysia. The launch reminded me of what sustainable growth looks like when an organization leads with heart.
UOB Malaysia holds a special place in mq Training’s journey, being one of our earliest clients almost two decades ago. Over the years, three words have consistently defined our partnership — Care, Growth, and Trust — and seeing them come to life once again reminded me that long-term success is never built overnight; it’s built over time, with people.

🛡️ Trust that transcends time. Across different teams and years, one constant has been trust, the confidence that both sides show up with integrity and commitment.
It’s the kind of culture that doesn’t need to be said out loud, one where you can feel it the moment you walk in.

So, what can HR leaders and organizations take away from this? Building a people-first culture is about crafting your own formula of culture, rooted in authenticity.

UOB Malaysia reminded me that success isn’t measured by how fast we grow, but by how deeply we care while growing.
As mq Training celebrates its 20th anniversary, this moment felt like a full circle, a celebration not just of time, but of trust, partnerships, and people who believed in growth the human way.
