As we celebrate mq Training’s 20th anniversary this year, I’ve found myself reflecting deeply on one question:
👉 What does leadership really mean in an age where artificial intelligence can think, write, and even “decide” for us?
In a recent episode with our trainer Soo Hoo, we explored how leaders can stay true to their core values while embracing AI, a powerful reminder that while technology changes, authentic leadership never goes out of style.

1️⃣ Because Skills Evolve, But Values Endure. Technology can train us faster than ever before, but it can’t teach us who we are. Leadership is about anchoring ourselves in what truly matters. Our trainer, Soo Hoo, often reminds leaders: “Without alignment in values, even the most talented teams will struggle.”
