Opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth are crucial. They are willing to work and help your business grow as long as there is growth and development for themselves.
Gen Z seeks roles that offer clear paths for advancement and skill development, most of them don’t go to jobs just to make money, they want to feel like they matter in the organisation and also learn skills that will elevate their career!
