Work Will Always Be There. People Won’t.
Sometimes, we get so caught up in work, deadlines and the next thing on our to-do list that we forget to make time for the people around us.
Recently, I had the chance to slow down and spend some time with my fellow trainers and my 4 Se-Ibu Podcast co-host at a terrarium workshop. 🌱
What struck me wasn't just the terrariums we created.
It was how different they all turned out.
Different personalities. Different ideas. Different ways of putting things together. We even found ourselves giving each other suggestions on how to make our terrariums better
.
And it reminded me of something simple:
Perhaps relationships aren't meaningful because we are the same. They're meaningful because our differences make us better together.
WHY Do Our Differences Matter
🌱 Because everyone brings something different.
We all see things through our own experiences, skills and personalities. What seems obvious to one person might be something completely new to another. Those differences give us perspectives we wouldn't have on our own.
🧩 Because our strengths can complement one another.
