We got our visa!!

Dear praying friends,
We have had a really good week on the visa front. The intern applying from the US got her paperwork approved and got an appointment in early January. Our colleagues the Damons visa was approved, and we went in early this morning for our visa appointment and our visas were approved. We can go back on January 28th to pick up the official cards. Such a relief!!
Our visas are for 5 years, which also means we will not need to go back before our next Home Ministry Assignment - also a cause for great rejoicing.
We are still waiting for an appointment for our resident (all the paperwork is in, we are just waiting); and we are going to need to ask for a different type of document for our intern as her time comes to a close - so we have not got all the wrinkles ironed out yet, but it does feel like we are getting closer.
Our building process is coming slowly to a close. We are already in week 9 of the 6-week building project, and we will be lucky to get it done before Christmas. We knew that 6 weeks was ambitious, but we had hoped for it to be done by the end of the year, so we could start renting desks to creatives in the middle of January. That is feeling more unlikely, but a lot will depend on the next week.
Our biggest holdup right now is the floor. The floor has been leveled and the first layer of epoxy has been put on, but they discovered in the process that they did not order enough. Even a best-case scenario right now has the epoxy arriving on Friday, and we need a full week after it is applied before we can start putting furniture on it. So - pray for the process to continue, and for all of the details to keep coming together.
Also on this front, can you please pray that God will put it heavy on peopleās hearts to give to our remodel project? It would be really encouraging if we would see funding come in over the next month for the project, so we can launch the new year from a good financial position. If God puts someone on your heart that might be interested in giving, can you tell them about us - and maybe share this video?

Thanks!
Other prayer requests:
- We have our 2026 annual planning meeting tomorrow. Please pray for that!
- Pray for everything to come together for our building project.
- Pray for our team and their health. We have had a really bad cold running through the team, and it would be nice to all be healthy for Christmas!
- Pray for us as we experience Christmas away from our families - it is always a challenging time for us personally and those who are serving alongside us overseas.
How can we pray for you as the year comes to a close?
Blessings,
mike
