Dear praying friends,

Our suitcases are mostly packed, lots of stuff is boxed up and into storage, we have done a walkthrough of our apartment, we are checking off paperwork, planning for our home assignment speaking tour is coming together. That short paragraph consists of hours of work, lots of decision making, and a ton of exhaustion!

Last Friday we closed an exhibit with one of our artist friends. We had a lot of fun during the artist talk as I asked her questions and she responded - both of us very comfortable with each other. It was a fun reassurance of the value of investing in people and being known by them. It was well attended by her friends, our friends and other artists. It was a great night filled with laughter, joy and enjoying art and each other.

Please pray for our artist friends and community connections as we head back to the United States. Our team here will continue to invest in those relationships and art in the community - please pray for most of those connections to transition well.

Pray for us! This week is a full one, with all of the feels.

Hopefully, we can see many of you in the coming weeks and months. It will be fun to hear how God has been moving in your life since we last saw you.

Please pray for our sons as we fly away, especially for Josh as he becomes more responsible for things in the apartment while we are gone.

Pray for our team as well, as we stress-test the changes we’ve made in the last couple of months and reevaluate how to work well together from a distance.

Pray for our house church! In the coming weeks we will be putting together a Bible Reading plan and working out times for us to meet together online.
