Hi praying friends,

We want to wish you a very (VERY!) Happy Christmas! (For my British friends, I've covered both bases now...)

Can you believe that it is almost Christmas again? We are once again celebrating the completion of another year in the time between times. Christ has come! His Kingdom is here! And yet we are waiting for Him to come again and for His Kingdom to come in its full. Does Christmas cause you also to anticipate his coming? In Advent, do you only remember the anticipation that was, or do you also anticipate?

As we come to the end of our year, can you please pray:

1. That we finish the year healthy? We are all feeling a little tired - we have had lots of involvement in a variety of activities (normal for this time of year!) - but we would like to finish the year well.
2. Our year-end campaign is running. If you would like to give toward our ministry at the end of the year, you can do that here.
3. Our team has a variety of things happening around the holidays - some are traveling to family, some staying and missing family, some in the process of moving - and all of those situations bring their own challenges. Please pray for us!
