Hi praying friends,

Thank you so much for your prayers. A couple of quick updates:

1. The family friend of Elissa's family passed away last Saturday. Please pray for her family and her friends as they grieve. We are praising God for the hope of the resurrection - but that does not remove the sense of loss.
2. Our first team for 2023 arrived yesterday - and we got bumped right into the high value of flexibility! 4 out of 10 checked bags did not make the trip from Amsterdam to Berlin. We shuffled some things on the schedule, made a second trip to the airport (also no luck), and then a trip to a drug store to be sure there was at least deodorant and toothpaste. As of last night two emails had been received saying the bags had arrived in Berlin. Pray for all bags to arrive - and for quick delivery!

Here are some more requests - have to keep it short this week because of the responsibilities with the team!

1. Elissa has had a pretty bad cold the last couple of days. She is the 3rd person in our house to get sick (just me still holding out!). Pray for her to get well soon, and please pray that I can avoid the cold - at least through tomorrow!
2. We are hanging our next exhibit tomorrow (we pushed it back a week), with an official opening on April 6th. Please pray us to be able to reach people well through the art!
3. I am preaching/sharing at Cafe Impuls this weekend. Pray for some concentrated time to finish the message - and for clarity of thought. It is always interesting to spend a lot of time in speaking English with team, and then switch to German for preaching.
