When #insurance industry heavyweight and good friend @wavechow shared with me his regional vision for 《大单：??? ?????》and the purpose behind why he is doing it, I accepted his invitation to co-lead and be one of the co-authors of the #Singapore edition without hesitation. We are very clear that as much as this book is about #BigDeals, it must not be about production and case size alone. ? We wanted to put together a team of co-authors with synergy - from different companies, with different strengths and expertise - but, most importantly, all with the same heart to share and help their fellow financial practitioners level up. While I know them and spoke to them individually to share the idea and vision, there was this slight fear in me, "Would there be big egos that have to be managed?" ?
