Dear MMHCA Members,

The court-ordered special election to determine the Board of Directors of MMHCA, which opened on May 22, 2025 and closed on June 5, 2025, has concluded. Votes were received and tabulated by Steven Ribiat, esq., the neutral Special Master in charge of ensuring a fair election that complied with MMHCA by-laws. With his explicit permission, Mr. Ribiat is allowing us to

share the results of the election with you, the MMHCA membership. The Blundo Group has filed a motion to reopen the election, and the results will not be made official until a ruling on the motion is given. The hearing date for the Blundo Group’s motion is June 20, 2025. With disclaimers out of the way, here are your results!

Ballots returned: 178

The positions of President, Secretary and Treasurer were elected on a head-to-head basis, while the nine at-large seats were elected from a pool of eighteen candidates. The nine at-large candidates with the highest vote totals are elected to the board. Election winners are listed in BOLD.
