Insurance Claw-Back Reminder

Dear Michigan Mental Health Provider,

This is a friendly reminder about the survey on health insurance clawbacks that you kindly offered to complete. If you’ve already shared your experience, thank you! Your input is greatly appreciated.

To ensure we gather as much initial input as possible, we hope you can complete the survey by Saturday, March 15, 2025. However, the link will remain open beyond that date.

Your feedback is invaluable as we work to limit the number of years Michigan insurance companies can impose clawbacks. MMHCA (Michigan Mental Health Counseling Association) is partnering with NASW-MI (National Association of Social Workers Michigan) to advocate for legislative change in this critical area.
