Insurance Claw-backs

Dear Michigan Mental Health Provider,

You are receiving this email because you let us know you have a story to share about insurance claw-backs. Thank you for your willingness to tell your story. MMHCA (Michigan Mental Health Counseling Association) is working with NASW-MI (National Association of Social Workers Michigan) toward legislation in this important area.

Here is the link to complete the google survey which will gather the information we are requesting.

Please complete the survey by Saturday, March 15, 2025. MMHCA and NASW-MI have a meeting with a senior legislator and will present the findings this survey reveals.

Thank you very much for your time. This information is invaluable to us as we work to limit the number of years Michigan insurance companies can take claw-backs.

For the people who participate in the survey we will give you a summary of the survey results.
