Summer Moodboard? Breaking Cycles

🚼📊 Join our movement. Bring your kids.

👀 A parent-friendly business note from Amy...

For the rebels with a cause 🎸🤘⚡️

Those parents who don't want to 'sleep when the baby sleeps' and would much rather write, design, build, create, learn or upskill. ⬇️

This one goes out to you! An ode to the things I gave up when I became a parent while working remotely in 2016 [click through for the IG or LinkedIn carousel] or scroll for more.

Typing with all fingers at all times...

Waiting for others to create space for us...

Arriving on time or being 'discreet'...

Working in uninterrupted silence...

Compartmentalizing work / play / life...

Waiting to be invited to speak...

Keeping my opinions to myself...

Uncluttered backgrounds...

Getting mic'd up the traditional way...

And this is how I became an (accidental) activist, while raising our three kids over the past nine years.

What's changed for you?

If anything?

Hit 'reply', I'd love to hear it!

As part of my mission running Mixing Babies And Business™ as a social impact movement aligned with UN SDGs 5 and 8, programming is designed to be accessible, digital-first and parent-friendly to support primary caregivers of children under the age of 16.

🗓 I'll soon be opening the doors to a new and inclusive group program in 2025, designed to guide and support you with transitioning to flexible work (with kids).

You'll learn about:

An experienced for those seeking career growth, navigating the 'in between' seasons of life, while ALSO acknowledging the current challenges of being a parent in corporate cultures and spaces.

If you're a corporate leader and key decision maker who would like to learn more about this programming and other training opportunities for your team or clients in the second half of 2025, please book a call here.

🌞 Have a great start to your week...here's to making progress towards the caregiving, work and community environments we're proud to belong to and exist within.
