Welcome to parent-friendly professional development and connection for people who want to do life and work a little differently, designed by a parent of three kids and (accidental) activist.


Traditional programming, corporate culture and events won't evolve on their own but it doesn't mean we have to opt out of 'being' in business environments.


The Changemaker Program is a social impact movement and experience designed by a parent, to support you in:

✅ navigating the future of work with kids, exploring your options with entrepreneurship, flexible and remote work 

✅ embodying your values and experimenting with workflows based on your needs

✅ showing up in traditional business spaces as a professional AND a parent, with kids as you wish, IRL and online

✅ speaking up and getting more comfortable with using your voice and presence, based on your personal and parenting preferences

✅ creating opportunities and potential for collaborations in a virtual village

✅ advocating for change for yourself and other primary caregivers to experience inclusion and belonging in professional spaces

✅ creating impact at the local, grassroots level, with support and guidance, as you wish
