Mitochondria Gallery Booth B29, Untitled Art Houston, Artist, Nathalie Djakou Kassi. 2026
In Booth B29, the gallery will present a focused duo exhibition featuring artists from its program, Djakou Nathalie Kassi and Demetrius Wilson. The presentation brings together two distinct artistic practices that engage questions of form, materiality, identity, and perception.
Demetrius Wilson. Fall of a Giant. Oil on canvas. 2026.
Through their respective approaches, Kassi and Wilson offer a dialogue that considers the evolving possibilities of contemporary artistic expression across the African continent and its diasporas.
