It Takes a Village: Yesterday and Tomorrow is a group exhibition that explores kinship and community as essential foundations for cultural preservation. Inspired by American poet Paul Laurence Dunbar’s poem, “Yesterday and To-morrow,” the exhibition considers the weight of memory as a tool that moves us through the present with purpose and care toward the future.
