Your mind is like a cup.

If it’s already full of fear, greed, anger, guilt — no new learning can fit inside.

No matter how much knowledge you pour in… it overflows.

That’s exactly what happened to me.

I kept searching for strategies… but nothing worked.

Because my cup was full of emotions.

Only when I started emptying it… could wisdom finally flow in.
