Hi ,

As mentioned before in multiple emails and messages, I am going for a 10-day Vipassana course from 17th April to 28th April.

These 10 days, I will have no phone access, laptop access, internet access, or even a pen and paper to note down my ideas.

Also, I can not speak, I can not touch anybody else, I can not eye interact or hand interact with anybody.

That's not it all. I will have to wake up at 4 A.M and go back to bed at 9:30 P.M.

I was never that disciplined in my life. But I hope after this course I will be a different person.
