MindBio Therapeutics Corp has received conditional approval to list its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange and anticipates trading under the ticker CSE: MBIO. The listing date will be announced shortly.

I've been on a global roadshow through Asia, Israel, Germany, USA and now Canada. We are preparing for the upcoming listing of MindBio and rallying our investors, brokers, financiers and supporters worldwide.

I want to thank our entire team, from our brilliant communications people, our financial experts and our dedicated scientists for their great work, as well as my co-founder Anoosh Manzoori. We are both delighted to have progressed the company to where it is today and are excited by the prospect of our microdosing treatments changing the course of mental health in the primary care system.  

POSITIVE CLINICAL DATA

We are buoyed by the positive top-line data that emerged from the completion of our Phase 1 Microdosing LSD clinical trial completed in 2022. In a randomised double-blinded and placebo-controlled trial (with world-first LSD microdosing take-home approvals) we saw statistically significant improvements above placebo responses in psychometric measures for "creative", "happy", "energy", "social connectivity" and "wellness" on microdose days in the LSD treatment group. We are excited to share more findings from the Phase 1 clinical trial as our scientists continue to analyse the data and make breakthroughs. 

NEXT STEPS

We are also looking forward to two Phase 2 clinical trials which are fully funded and in development to begin in 2023.
