Hi !
Greetings from the Netherlands!
I hope you've been doing well. It's been quite a busy year for me, but I'm really excited to finally bring you some good news!
Writing update
The last book in the Magic's Source series, The Will of Magic, is currently with my editor, which means it's almost ready to publish.
The release date for the last book will be November 17th 2024, so be sure to put that on your calendar. Although I will send you a reminder with the cover reveal before that, of course!
Finishing this book has been a bit of a struggle, to be honest. I wanted to end it in the best way possible, so I've rewritten it a lot of times, but I couldn't be happier with how it turned out and I really hope you'll feel the same way after you've read it!
Writing this last book hasn't been the only thing I've been working on in the meantime. I've also been writing a new book, called Nera's Descendants, a fantasy story about standing up for what you believe in, making the right choices, forbidden love, and family.
I can't say too much about it yet, but I just wanted to quickly lift a tip of the veil and let you know there's something new and awesome coming.
And last but not least, I joined a writing contest on a site called Tapas. It's a site where you can read webcomics and webnovels for free. I'm writing a webnovel called The Drake Annihilation Force for this contest and I'm uploading new chapters weekly. If you're interested in reading the first 18 chapters, head over here:
Hyrin gets reincarnated. Same age, same body, same clothes even, but she has no memories of who she was or how she died. And not only does she find herself in the ashes of a destroyed city right after opening her eyes, but she also stands face to face with what can only be described as an actual dragon. The only way for her to survive is to either fight or escape it and run to safety in the arms of the Drake Annihilation Force.
Good news, though. If she does manage to survive, she can actually join the Drake Annihilation Force, and spend the rest of her new life fighting even more dragons in a world she barely knows anything about! Hey, at least she’s naturally strong and athletic and- oh, wait…
Follow Hyrin in this ‘Kaiju No. 8’ meets ‘How To Train Your Dragon’ story about figuring out who you are, what makes real heroes, and what it takes to protect those you care about.
Other books by me:
As always, if you liked my books, I would love for you to leave a review. Just one or two kind sentences can really help my book sales, which in turn will enable me to keep writing more!
That’s all, I’m going back to writing and I hope you have a wonderful day!
Michelle
