This time hasn't been easy, especially with lockdowns coming and going, and not being able to see family and friends.


As a global community, we have experienced a pandemic for almost a year, yet we can hardly say collectively we are "used to it".


Many of us are waiting for the time when they say "You can go out now... It's ok..."


The reality is we don't know when that is coming, so what do we do in the meantime?


Well there are a number of options:


  1. Objectively accept life for what is right now
  2. Prepare for the future
  3. Focus on personal goals that will enrich you


When we do a combination of these types of activities during a time like this, we rise above our misery, and we apply a progressive attitude towards life.


We need to be WARRIORS not Worriers... And that requires you to at least try to make changes to your mental state of mind.


It isn't easy but everyday you commit to this, is another day conquered, and sometimes that is enough to "survive" a time like this.
