1 IDEA FROM ME ๐Ÿ’ก

Lately it hasn't been easy to avoid the constant use of technology, the internet and devices.

As the internet and it's companion mobile devices have become part of our fabric within society we still need to find ways to manage their use.

In many instances I have taken drastic measures. For example, I have a black screen on my mobile with no applications on the homepage.

I have resorted to also removing social apps, Gmail and YouTube from my phone. You can learn more about what I do here.

There is so much information to consume based on empowerment, education and entertainment purposes. But we do not need to receive it all at once.

The longer we stay at home due to the pandemic, the more distracted we potentially become.

Learn to manage this fatigue by making changes to your mobile devices, going for regular walks daily and resorting to some sort of morning and night routine.

I have plenty of ways to do this and you can get out some of my ideas via my latest videos on YouTube.

1 BOOK RECOMMENDATION FROM ME ๐Ÿ“š

The Meaning of Things - A.C. Grayling

Have you ever thought about what it means to love, or what betrayal is?

The Author explores some of the most complex human experiences, emotions and qualities that we feel every day.

I love this book because it challenges our "normal" which helps expand my critical thinking, a skill I believe we are losing in our global society.

Here's what the author had to say:

"A life truly worth living is one that is informed and considered so a degree of philosophical insight into the inevitabilities of the human condition is inherently important and such an approach will help us to deal with real personal dilemmas."

If you want to expand your mind and read something different, then make sure to get a copy of this book.
