1 IDEA FROM ME πŸ’‘

I created a mastermind group back in 2017 and one of the members sent us a video focusing on working yourself.

It got me thinking about two things I have been addressing in my Instagram Lives this year: "Habits" and "Distractions."

These two qualities determine the quality of your life. Habits are essentially repeated and regular tendencies that are usually hard to change.

Distractions deviate and grab your attention preventing you from fulfilling an initial focus.

When you have an idea of whom you want to become and the goals you want to achieve, then you can be clear of what habits are serving you and which ones are hurting you.

When you have a strong idea of what vision you have for your self, then you know that distractions help make it longer to obtain that vision.

So the message for today is, take conscious time and effort to manage your habits and reduce your distractions, otherwise you will spend a lifetime with nothing to say for yourself.

1 QUOTE FROM ME πŸ“

β€œThere is only one success - to be able to spend your life in your own way.”

- Christopher Morley

My question to you is, do you even know what "your own way is...?" If you don't, aim to work it out...

1 BOOK RECOMMENDATION FROM ME πŸ“š

The 21 Success Secrets of Self-Made Millionaires: How to Achieve Financial Independence Faster and Easier Than You Ever Thought Possible β€“ Brian Tracy

I remember reading this book around 4 years ago at a point in my life where I was pretty much getting started serving people a bit more than I was used to.

In such a short read it highlighted some really important steps such as:

Practice self-discipline in all things or dedicate yourself to serving others.

Although it says millionaire on the title, the pursuit to getting wealth is a personal development journey in its own right.

If you want some stern reminders and key points for your growth journey, then this is a book to add to your list.
