Hey !
I would like to say a huge thank you for attending our event yesterday! I can confidently say I have had a lot of good feedback from it!
Apologies to those who experienced technical difficulties at the beginning, but many of us got there in the end!
As a reminder when developing your business alongside your 9 to 5, think about:
- Principle: Create honest impact by understanding where you are and where you are going
- Practice: Begin creating the daily habits that are required to build knowledge, skills and your audience
- Performance: Develop a blueprint for delivering value in exchange for money; it is about being a practitioner
- Process: What is not measured, does not exist. Look at ways to stress-test your funnel and build accountability systems with groups, professionals and individuals
Here is a short guide that you may have already received, highlighting ways in which you can stick to habits more effectively. It also contains the Trello board I mentioned in the presentation.
If you want to use the Trello board please copy the board and do not use it.
If you do not know how to copy a board please follow Trello's official guide.
